Key responsibility Responsible for the technical development of our electric vehicles (initially motorcycles). You have the responsibility of the powertrain design and must have an interest in future technologies and solutions. You will develop and build the system architecture for our own VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) including connectivity features, on-board diagnostics and other related tools. You will be leading a development team and plays in an area that has a lot of growth potential and is expected to be inventive and creative. Required Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechatronics, Physics, Electrical, Mechanical engineering or equivalent. Experience from electrical and powertrain development within the automotive industry. Good understanding of EV software and hardware components. Understanding of torque control in an electric powertrain. Experience of working with CAN bus networks. Understanding in vehicle on-board diagnostics. Understanding in motorcycle dynamics. Familiar with test and validation processes. Experience with functional safety, hazard analysis, FMEA, V-design process etc. Ability to operate autonomously & execute on strategic priorities. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Must have an interest in technologies and solutions. Desired Experience with model-based development tools such as Matlab Simulink. Familiar with electronics measurement instruments (oscilloscope, data logger etc.). Genuine interest in motorcycles and driving. Specific Qualities
